Can I track my order?

All customers receive an automated shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the USPS tracking number and link. To track your package, go to the link below, enter your tracking number, and press the “track” button to get shipment details.

When will I receive my order?

On average, most of our customers receive their packages within 3 - 5 business days after day of purchase. Please keep in mind that Saturdays and Sundays do not count as business days. 
If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.

What shipping carrier do you use? 

We ship all orders via USPS. We do not use any other shipping carrier.

Can I contact you directly with any questions?

Please email anthony@madebypavlo.com with any questions regarding your order. We will do our best to reply to your question(s) within 24 hours.

Do you accept check payments? Can I use PayPal?

We do not accept payments by check. We do accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. 

I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order?  

We currently accept orders outside of the United States. However, please keep in mind that shipping rates for international orders cost a lot more. Also, shipping time may take as long as 14 days, depending on where you in the world you are located. Lastly, if you live outside of the United States we will NOT accept refunds or exchanges. Thanks for understanding. 

Do you sell wholesale?

If you are a store or individual who is interested in buying wholesale from us please contact anthony@madebypavlo.com. Please keep in mind that wholesale minimum orders vary depending on the product.
