Where is my order? Can I track it?

All customers receive an automated shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the USPS tracking number and link.

When will I receive my order?

On average, most of our customers receive their packages within 3 – 5 business days after day of purchase. Please keep in mind that Saturdays and Sundays do not count as business days.

If your order has not arrived within this time frame, please contact us here and we will do our best to track your order for you.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship all orders via USPS. We do not use any other shipping carrier. 

Do you accept check payments? Can I pay with PayPal?

We do not accept payments by check. We do accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

I do not live in the United States. Can I still place an order?

We currently accept orders outside of the United States. However, please keep in mind that shipping rates for international orders cost a lot more. Also, shipping time may take as long as 14 days depending on where you are located internationally. Lastly, if you live outside of the United States we can’t offer exchanges, but we will give you a full refund if needed. This is due to the expensive international shipping rates.
